Discipline requires something called work. Discipline and work will give you the means to learn how to actually sing and play instruments on your own without computerized assistance. Once you become good with singing and playing instruments, something called your self-esteem will improve. You will develop a sense of what is called accomplishment, like these young lads in the video.
