@@duttadivya First of all I appreciate your decency. Let me clarify what I was hinting. You see, India claimed to be a secular country. Why only Muslims have been barred to be an Indian citizen. Basically the very root of this bill is discriminatory and against the basic spirit of your constitution, which by design gives no weightage to any religion. Muslims are not at a disadvantage here, neither any other majority or minority, it is India who is at a loss, it is either this bill or revoking of article 370. Hope you get me now?

@@sanaullah6182 Sana bhai, please let me explain again. The bill is to protect and recognize those people, who flew from our neighbouring countries due to religious persecution. Now, logically speaking, Muslim are not the minorities in any of the three Islamic State and hence, Muslim from these countries will not be religiously persecuted. Hence, Muslims from neighborhood are not included in this amendment.

The base of this amendment was to recognize these minorities from neighborhood so that they can be Indian citizen by law and shall avail the citizens rights. Again, I would like to repeat, this bill is not exclusion but inclusion & unfortunately, some parties and media section, do not understand or Want to understand this bill and spread rumours mad hatred. Very unfortunate situation. We as common people, do not differentiate whether you are Hindu or Muslim and for us, humanity is the only definition of social harmony. Hope this will be helpful. Thanks

Secondly, Sri Lanka is also your neighbor country and hundreds of Tamil are in India calling for citizenship. Why Sri Lanka and other neighboring nations have not been included in this bill. And Afghanistan is neither neighbour of India nor it has any relation with partition of 1947. Hope you will interpret what I am hinting upon.
