I think your predictions are spot on, however I think many countries are very short sighted. I say this because countries only seem to care about getting large amounts of money. Every time they talk about "stricter requirements" its always just more documents that are otherwise pointless (i.e. primary school reports, vehicle registration documents (even if you're not bringing a vehicle), etc.), more delays for "background checks" even though doing the check is a 30 minute job (assuming no inter-governmental emails / calls are required), interviews that ask pointless things like "why do you want to do CBI?, why our country?" just to appease the USA who bully everyone, but most commonly - increasing the costs and fees. What countries need to focus on is the bigger picture, the long term. Many of these countries want jobs for their citizens, to create industries but then they ensure that such things never eventuate by keeping the jobs / fields as "for citizens only". I've seen this in many places - the govt wants businesses to come and create jobs but the moment you sit down to discuss doing so and discuss visas, suddenly its "it can't be done as that's a protected industry for citizens only". What further complicates things is that when they don't want large donations, countries seem to want retirees. The number of retirement visas has risen by ridiculous amounts in the last 8yrs. This seems odd as people over 65 require more medical services, generally have less disposable income and are usually trying to minimise expenditure. What's needed are visas for those who want to live there, do business and create jobs for locals. Such visas would have to be cheap and be conditional to starting a business and creating jobs. Sadly only two countries in the world are willing to do this, every other country outright rejects such a concept which leads me to believe that countries only want quick cash and that they don't care about the future.

El Salvador will definitely reconsider its CBI program pricing, and I hope that the other Caribbean countries don't also increase their CBI prices. 24-25 Crypto Bull run will bring a lot of investors imo. US Wokeness will decrease if Trump wins

Thanks for your comment. I don't always pronounce everything right. We have helped many clients with Malta citizenship by investment.

Good predictions. Have you noticed a decrease in the number of applications for St Kitts after their price hike?

Thanks for your comment. Yes

@@JenniferHardingMarlincitizen Thanks. If that’s the case, I doubt the other three would follow suit to increase their fee. St Kitts may end up dropping their fee in 2024/5 if they don’t meet their budgeted revenue.
