A ‘duplicate’ gall bladder meaning you can actually have two of them? How often does that happen? Would both be functioning organs and if one had gallstones for instance and needed to be removed would both be affected.

It’s a rare congenital anomaly but yes a person can have two, and if they had a reason for cholecystectomy, I would take both out :)
