Hi sir i have a doubt that in citrix server even if the net connection are good ,sometimes it gets hang so how to come out of virtual server to normal desktop is there any shortcut key for that ?

Any idea why Citrix Studio only is so slow when clicking machine catalog or other items?

Make sure the machine has enough RAM, CPU , try to increase and check, and also make sure all Citrix/ DB services are up and running, and see if restart of machine can help.

How to save a screenshot in vdi directly ( when Im connected to vdi & take a screenshot of a page it is directly saving in my local desktop but i want them to save in vdi) can u help me how to do that...

Search shipping tool and click new select the area you want and save it. For screenshot you need to send from local.

I would check the profile size for this user. If the profile size is huge, it can cause slowness and other issues.
