The company ( as one sees it)... needs to really up it's game in terms of ... dealerships...service centres...and of course after sales service...this is proving to be their main roadblock in terms of sales of vehicles..which in my opinion...have good engines...and great suspension...!!

@@W-meme Citroen should play the strategy of Nissan. Should keep vehicle price in the magnet price bracket. Basalt won't sell in 9.5 lac. In that case high price tata curvv is the winner due to multi_service station and parts availablity

Despite having great engine performance, riding dynamics and comfort, Citroen cars ain't gonna do well in India with these stupid packaging of features as it looks like their product team is on expeditions to Alien lands who can't comprehend with the most basic feature requirements a consumer seeks when he/she is ready to pay around 15L. They have finally added autofold ORVMs but there's still a keyhole on the door with those 80s door handles. They again missed the very important Cruise control here but added the generally ineffective wireless charging as it has poor use case. Here I have just mentioned some key design and feature misses, list can be long when compared to what the competitors are already offering. I bought a VW Virtus and had to let go the idea of C3 Aircross for these multiple misses by the brand. I really wish Citroen to succeed here but with their current offerings and strategy, they won't for sure.

agree with you 100% citroen is doing their own thing instead of understanding the market, they could've added feature loaded top variant with higher price and lower variants with the same features given now. it could've been better marketing wise, and people would still buy lower variants. this strategy is used by mahindra, tata, hyundai etc. only few people buy top loaded expensive variant, bt it helps them in marketing.
