Thanks for video, I understand it's 2 years ago but have a few questions. I have the same fault in my 2006 1.4hdi 206, trying to active the pump in pp2000/lexia has the same error. I think the ABS ECU is perfectly fine as I still have my speedometer. Is it possible to separate the aluminium block from the black abs ECU of the pump and place a working used block onto it to solve the problem. (Truth is that I can't find my part number on eBay unless it's silly price like £140 but I've got another working mk70 pump from a same year and engine 206 but with a slightly different part number, I am going to just replace the aluminium block and they look completely identical with same number of solenoids)

Hi, thanks for the video. I disassembled the electronics and cleaned the 2 contacts. Now the ABS light only comes on for a fraction of a second when I start the car. However, while driving, the warning light remains off and the ABS works normally. Using the diagnosis, the C1380 error still remains and I can't clear it. What could still be the problem or the solution? Thank you

Hi, i have the same issue but on a Peugeot 207 1.4 petrol 2007 , the symptoms are not Speedo is not working and the odometer doesn’t show the km, everything else is ok, I have made the scan of faults and it’s saying error C1383- brake fluid sensor showing to high results( but the brake fluid is less than maximum) , error 7150- invalid speed coming from ecu to the panel board, and one more that says something about CAN-BUS that there is no connection between the modules but I can connect to all of them , can you please give me some advices on where to start fixing the problem? Also I already measured the 12 volts cables and with ignition on I have everything alright coming to the abs , thanks for answering.

hello, thank you for your videos they are very informative. I have a problem with a 206 1.4HDI 2004, the mk70 ABS pump randomly fails, if I hit the cover of the electric motor it can work again. I want to disassemble the motor and try to replace the brushes. Could you give me the dimensions of the carbon brushes and possibly the bearings if possible? Thank you in advance

@@LMAutoRepairs Thank you for your answer, it's actually exactly the same as on the video, there is no lock with small tabs inside (no holes to drill on the outer cage of the motor). The carbon brushes are not in brass guides like on the MK60. If by any chance you would have the engine to take the measurements, that would be a big step for me. the plastic side is flat at the connector. it looks like on the video kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXmwoJiirLejd9k thanks again

Hello, and thank you for your informative video. I have an issue with P0105 - no ABS, "faulty brake system" message, Check Engine Light, no power steering. I did like you suggested and tested the pins on the ABS connection - Pinss #1 & 2 had 12V, and Pin #26 had EARTH but I had no voltage on Pin #20. Where should I check next? Schematics suggest it's the relay. I found the relay after watching your video again!

I purchased a fuse box and ABS relay from the wreckers but the car wouldn't even start. So put the old fuse box back in but a check of the wiring showed the fuse I soldered the wire to originally had blown. This is because on my 2006 Citroen C3 it was an orange wire that I should have joined not the pink wire as you suggested. Now everything works fine!
