Citroen C5 blower not working /Citroen blower location removal replacement

Dude, you don't need to take the dashboard out. Remove the accelerator pedal (be carefull with the bolts, they are not attached on the back side), then release the steering shaft. Now comes the tricky part. You can't see anything, it's all by feel. The blower has no screws, just a clip. Grab the clip then rotate counter clock wise. It's not easy but it took me less than half an hour.

Yep, indeed French engineers are assholes. I removed and installed new one to my Jeep in 15 minutes, just sit down unscrew 3 screws , 1 connector and that’s it , you can see whole fan motor, and with one move the old one are out. For french shitcar you first need to warm up before even start, then unscrew couple of details, like steering shaft, gas pedal, knee airbag, couple of connectors, then lay down on one side and try to feeel that damn fan motor, you cannot even see it. And for this all it took me a lot more than 15 minutes.
