La partie climatisation demande bien des efforts sur la SM. Je refait tous les tuyaux en neuf, ainsi que le compresseur condenseur.... Il ne reste que l'évaporateur d'origine, munie d'un détendeur neuf. Je suis équipé pour refaire les tuyaux moi-même. Il en faut des raccords divers. Ensuite, je monte les grosses parties de la moquette, la SM commence à s'habiller de l'intérieur. Enfin, la rénovation des klaxons demande bien quatre bonnes heures de travail. On est content lorsque cela fonctionne.
The air conditioning part requires a lot of effort on the SM. I am redoing all the pipes, as well as the condenser compressor.... All that remains is the original evaporator, fitted with a new expansion valve. I am equipped to redo the pipes myself. Various connections are required. Then, I install the large parts of the carpet, the SM begins to dress itself from the inside. Finally, renovating the horns requires a good four hours of work. We are happy when it works.

I have just restored the same kind of Sanor compressor and double horns this weekend! How to you best regulate the pressure so that both horns sound optimally? Unless I pinch the hose to the long horn, the short horn won’t make a sound. Should I install a valve in order to regulate the pressure to both the horns?
