Marlon. My husband just said you killing the tours. Like the front elevation and curb appeal as well as the frosted door. Like the side garage. Odd no walkway from the street to the front door for visitors. Guess that could be done after. Nice front office space. That first bedroom and en-suite private. Nice. Tub not needed. Huge extended garage. Huge open concept with space for a dining and living area and still have the breakfast nook area. Pantry small in comparison but enough. That storage area on the island is nice but should’ve been on the other side so you don’t see that in your view on entry. Nice size laundry. Nice 2 beds to one bath. Spacious primary and en-suite. Nice size shower. Step down not needed but not a dealbreaker. Closet good size. Don’t need a tub but a linen closet would’ve been nice. Beautiful space between homes. Just need my pool and kitchen. That backyard slopes a lot. Can the pool go on the large side yard or it really doesn’t matter as they are digging down. Like this home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
