Wow !!!!! Wow wow wow !!!!! I have been looking for this album for years. I played this album like crazy. I'm 60 yrs (yikes lol) and a drummer. I came across this when I was around 19yr I had every musician I knew and also friends listen to this and told them this album is amazing and nobody got it. People would laugh at me and say it sucks. I said this is the future. I would love to play for and go on tour with this band. I'm sooooo happy I just came across this. To everyone.... LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM !!!!!!! Lol. Peace and Good Trips

It's sad, really...This was easily one of the best and most talented British bands to emerge during the '70's. They just never really got their due. Too many lame assed radio stations wouldn't play their music...

These guys opened up for 2 other bands in 1977 at the Paladium in NYC. Styx was the 2nd band! Two friends and I were sitting 1 row away from the stage, right up front! The lineup was City Boy, Styx and Nektar. It was our first concert- 6 hours of music..my ears were ringing for the next 3-4 days. I got 2 of City Boys albums and totally forgot about them until last week. Wonderful music!

Dear Chris Dunn. I first got "Heads Are Rolling" as a tape. I had never heard of City Boy before. I was crazy about the album, and soon the tape was gone broke and I bought "Heads Are Rolling" on vinyl, and a lot of other "City Boy" albums. And I loved it, and I love it still. This album is fantastic. I bought your albums, and I was sold!.

Interesting! I still have all of my diaries listing every gig that City Boy played and I don't have any gig mentioned where we supported Foreigner! We performed at a place called the Veteran's Memorial Auditorium in Columbus on November 25th 1978 but the headliner there was Hall & Oates. On December 1st 1977 we supported Nektar & Lake at The Music Hall in Cleveland. These were the only gigs we did on Ohio!

Quite underrated overall. It stands well against their other LPs, though some of them had been more acclaimed. Before we knew who Robert John "Mutt" Lange was (ACDC, Cars, Shania Twain etc.), we were listening to his work here. In retrospect, this work seems to have been influenced by ELO more than any other single entity, but with more of an edge.
