The staff all level up over time without training. Downside is passengers will complain about the lower level drivers but I just ignore them just like I did when I drove buses :)

With City Bus Manager, I am now running 23 routes with 105 vehicles of three types. Like you have seen, It gets pretty busy during the night, so best to refuel and clean some vehicles between shifts. By the way, the latest patch ensures that the 'suggested' driver for a shift, is the one who has the least stress.

not in my game it always gives the first driver a shift even though he stresses to hell and sends complaints about his workload. reliability I find has a big impact on shift allocation I have unlocked the shift schedule in research if you want happy staff you will have to manage this for yourself. All research unlocked 😁

tips - Punctuality you only need to have all staff trained to level expert and assign shifts on time and you will have no problems with bus delays happy staff and customers. Ticket prices low or high you will make and lose profit on both, but your choice will affect customer satisfaction. The stress on staff is a little too much only 1hr working time for each member will make satisfaction rise. my average star rating is ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1/2 in general. Fantastic game lots to do time management 👍🤩all research unlocked.

The shift scheduler is a life saver, ensure you do the research to unlock it! I then just assign drivers in order, and usually have a decent amount not driving that day. It also is useful to know when you can put the same bus out twice in a day.

Make sure you keep an eye on the technical condition of your buses. have been caught out by buses breaking down. Also make sure you keep decent stock level of replacement parts.

I think that it may be possible the game is maxed out with 150 staff plus 96 buses the game is very lagging now, but you can still play it I've tried for 5 stars, but the game will always complain about something so that you keep playing 🤣 Bus Punctuality every 10mins all drivers lvl experts.
