Recall City Council. This historic property should be a museum and park dedicated to S&R! Another apartment complex?
@marciam62242 жыл бұрын
Being that close to a school, who knows what kinds of people may reside in the apartments/townhouses. The top concern should be for the safety of the children, NOT making more money for the city.

What a tragedy destroying a beautiful property with mature trees and tons of privacy why can't somebody just buy it and make a home out of it !

As if there is no where else to build a cookie cutter apartment complex

More apartments? Why not build that shit somewhere else? It's a beautiful complex. Can't they use it for something? That's part of Vegas history.

It is already a park. Much better as a central park for all community to enjoy. Music, arts, plays concerts. Very short sighted decision. It's a source of pride for the community. Now it will be remembered as their biggest blunder.

The late Siegfried himself said that he didn't want this place to be open to the public. The late magic duo never intended to preserve this place after their passing. Nuff said.

Boy this really sucks! Should have made a museum out of it. They would have made a lot of money opening it to the public. Disappointed in the city of sin once again!

Heirs sold it to developers, didn't want or couldn't afford it. Oh well...is anything permanent in Las Vegas? Isn't there a housing shortage for folks who work there?

We should have used tax money way before this war to build a desalination plant in California and a tunnel from LA to Lake mead.

It sound A bit greedy that someone wants to build a high rise to charge as many people a possible rent on a smaller piece of land, to get rich! Why would a area like this want a hugh building shadowing homes. It doesn't fit.

Amazing how they spent so much money on it to be demolished like that. One man's riches are anothers trash. Build a parking lot..that should work. Pathetic.
