I know I just finished listening to this but I must admit that this album really is the showstopper. The quality of City Girl's production on these two albums is monumentally outstanding. But wow...this album in particular is truly incredible. City Girl, it's been a long time since I've felt genuine euphoria. But you have provided it in spades all over this record. I think you have achieved a perfect balance with your artistry. On one hand you can be very minimal, subdued and beautifully subtle. But on this you've melded that side of your style into this vast, spacious, and even experimental vision that blossoms to create these perfectly sequenced intergalactic grooves that are so delicately bathed in such a lush vibrant atmosphere. These songs are gentle but they are simultaneously complex and electrifying. I also very much appreciate the meticulous detail you provide with all the instrumental layering. It all swells into this mesmerizing eclipse of peak excellence in the genre of beat-making. Much Love

So strange how time flows, elegant and honest, moments pass through us like sand and we go from one huge moment to another whilst we are barely aware of it. I remember when this album came out, and I carry strong memories with it. I hear the first melodies of this track and instantly its three years prior and I'm on my bed, with my cat, playing hollow knight and the room is neither too warm nor too cold and it carries the scent of honey suckle from outside and that scent wafts in. In that moment I am at peace. I truly do love this album.

City girl's new albums. it's the thing keeping me sane, the hope that's keeping me afloat while my thoughts try to drag me down and drown me. It propels me during the hardest moments. Tomorrow, when this comes out, I'm going to listen to it while doing my homework and feel so at peace, so glad that I've put up with hell to listen to this. I'm currently listening to City Girl's music right now, all her full albums on shuffle. and I feel so so happy right now. It reminds me of why I listened to your music in the first place, It reminds me of nostalgic and better times. long car drives to far away, mystical places and vacations while listening to your music through headphones and an outdated iPod. plane rides to Mexico, at night, listening to this music while everyone else was asleep. late-night study sessions at 3am, blinking the sleep out of my eyes as your melodies propel me to continue to live. thank you, city girl.

This is a little belated, but: This album was so surprising in such a good way! I was expecting gorgeously chill music, but I was not at all expecting mysterious, nocturnal, magical girl dance floor witch City Girl (+ Tiffi) at all. Your sound has gotten so lush!
