During this episode of the Nikka City Shakedown series, Julia Momosé of Kumiko, voted No.25 in last year’s edition of The World’s 50 Best Bars, explores the beautiful city of Chicago sharing some of her favourite sights and drinking dens to check out upon your visit!
After the tour, Momosé heads to Kumiko, located in the Fulton River District to share the recipe for one of her signature cocktails, The Kodemari Latte!
Ingredients:
Matcha
Kuromitsu syrup
Nikka Coffey Malt
Oat milk
Method:
Whisk the matcha whilst the glass chills on the side, then set the matcha aside to cool in the chilled glass, mix the Kuromitsu syrup and Nikka Coffey Malt. Add ice to the glass then add the oat milk. Top up the glass with more ice, then pour the matcha over the top.
