City of Detroit breaks ground on new high rise building in downtown

They make the same mistakes like in any city in the Western World: luxury apartments on public ground. Most people didn't have huge bag of money. We need living space for lower and middle class people.

Benjamin. This project is not being built on public ground. It faces a common area. As far as low income housing goes the city is making a concerted effort to design in affordable housing into most residential projects.
