Do you have something like Acton Targeting enabled? I use that but sometimes is switches between targets in mob groups (Super annyoing if you wana focus one mob out) if I use the norml tab target I sometimes target friends or even target nothing (When the previous target dies)

Rain isn’t necessarily “bad” to press but it is very much comp and dungeon/pack dependent on how much rain you should be spamming. For example if you’re running with a fdk and ret pally odds are you don’t really “need” the extra aoe and can focus a little more on prio target damage, again depending on the pack you’re pulling

It's from the warlock green fire quest. You get the tome from mobs on isle of thunder (I believe you can also buy it on AH). It starts a quest chain that ends with you killing a boss and unlocking green fire for all your fire spells (incinerate, RoF, Soulfire etc)
