Hello. Please look at Buffalo City Metro Muni. Petition has been started by ActionSA to halt the massive increases. Eg cost of supply fee in BCMM has gone up from zero to nearly R500 for Prepaid Meters! The budget was passed only by ANC and one opposition member.
