Best Freedom Speaker Ever!

On my way home from work at the Hospital one night, I was pulled over twice within 5 minutes. The first cop said I was speeding, that was quickly disputed as the person in front of me was a co-worker and confirmed she was only doing 50 mph in a 55 zone. No ticket, the cop just looked at me real hard and sent me on my way. I pulled into the Fred Meyer parking lot 4 minutes later and another cop pulled me over because one of my license plate lights was out! I got home shaking my head, then it dawned on me why I had been pulled over both times. I was driving my old pickup truck because my wife's car was broke down, it had been sitting in the driveway for years. I hadn't driven it in a long time, one of the guy's I worked with had put Ron Paul bumper stickers on it as a joke...I forgot to take them off. The only reason I was harassed that night was because of those stickers. I didn't know much about RP at that point but I do now. He loves our Constitution! I now have a stack of those stickers and one night I'm going to put them on my car and video tape what happens. Imagine, the cop see's a guy who loves the constitution and jumps him, like a starving dog on a deer carcass! Someone who loves the Constitution of the United States of America is now considered and enemy? Gavin, thank you for all you do to keep our freedom on the forefront.

I see your point though, if you're paying for the upkeep of that building through your taxes, then any internal rules instigated by management should only have jurisdiction over staff that are employed there...NOT you, the public, who in effect pay their wages. He appeals to christianity and belives that that this nation should uphold christianity and thus we would become a self improved nation were citizens respect and love each other. +christian garcia 70-75% of the country is religious. 99.93% of inmates in federal prison are religious. Rates of murder, abortion, teen pregnancy, divorce are all higher for religious people. After all, when you can just say "my bad" on Sunday and put your sins behind you, why not sin? I have to live with my conscious and choose to do right because it's right instead of out of fear or reward. And I'm less moral? Ha. Do some research. Facts are facts.

Don't confuse a law with a policy. They are not the same thing. Gavin and others like him are always spouting that this or that is the law. Well prove it. Pull out the case law, statute, ordinance, etc. Show these people in black and white that their no recording sign is ILLEGAL. Gavin mentioned some Washington state case in his last video in this office wherein the state's Supreme Court ruled that recordings could be made of public officials in public places. Why the hell not keep a copy of that with you??? These people don't respect you Gavin because you never back up what you say the law is! These losers in the city office need to understand that they are public employees and are in a publicly accessible area of a public office. He can't record in private areas of the office but the public walk-up counter is not a private area.

You can't film in every public place. You learned that in court, didn't you? In other municipal buildings, you have to be careful not to accidentally capture sensitive info. One of your videos could easily wind up in someone's identity being stolen. You're so full of yourself you've forgotten that. Go get your driver's license renewed and see what happens if you try to record the computer screen in the next line.
