My car was just towed the other day, because the police officer thought that my license was suspended and immediately arrested me and threw me in the back of the police car before finding out that my license was active and completely valid. It's as if he was unwilling not to tow my car after already deciding beforehand that he was going to. I spent $500 to get my car out of impound, and for what, I still don't understand!

Yeah that's terrible experiences with the court system. My 1st charge I was in another state at job corp, where the court in another state said I was there and plead guilty to charges. I joined the Navy from there. At the same time the FBI was doing a background check they said I had completed probation and had my final hearing on a Sunday (no courts are open on Sunday in either state). After I had gotten out of the Navy was my 2nd experience where I was blackmailed into taking a plea deal, so I did a rule 11 legally binding, which the judge didn't follow. My public defender said it was never filed with the court so it "disappeared". There still is paperwork showing I had the legally binding plea deal. The process you have to file for rule 35 before you do the appeal which my public defender refused to do. The rule 35 and appeal go to the same judge that sentenced me. Obviously both were rejected. They gave me my rule 35 back 6 months late which made it so I couldn't do an appeal. Tried to do a sentence correction where they gave me another public defender w/out my knowledge or consent which also went back to the same judge. From what I was told of other inmates is that they do this all the time. I've filed grievances with the state bar who didn't give me a reason why I didn't meet the burden of proof even with all the stated case law. To call the American Justice system a kangaroo court is an insult to kangaroo courts. In Kangaroo courts the accused is actually let into the hearings.
