What a coincidence, I was in the city of Azusa today. I live about 3 miles away. I checked out the cscmotorcycles web site using the like provided above. I think I'll drive over there and look at the City Slicker. Maybe they'll allow me a test drive.

So I'm talking to a guy about getting this this motorcycle for a few days now at an absolute steal price but he lives like 2 hours away and he doesn't know about battery technology or how to even take it apart to find out what kind of battery it has. And he doesn't have the charger. After scouring the internet and frustrated because nobody seems to mention what kind of battery this thing has whether it's lithium ion or lead acid or whatever after watching countless videos and reading all over the internet watching this video was the only one that I was able to find that mentions what kind of battery it is and he doesn't even mention the battery he just mentions the charger which is a lithium ion charger which tells me right there what kind of battery it is. Thank you Mr Micah for finally giving me the info that I needed!🤙 However I am still wondering if it's pouch cells or 18650 cells. I'm going tomorrow to go pick up the bike! Been subscribed for a while now I should have just came here in the first place would have saved me all the headache. But for whatever reason the stupid KZbin algorithms wants to show me all the videos that didn't mention what kind of battery or battery charger it has.

Congratulations again! On your next video, can you be more specific on the improvements made? Specifically: - what were the changes in the controller? - how many kw or Amps is the controller now? - What's the new capacity of your battery? What's it's type (li-ion, LiMn, etc). Thanks.
@cscmotorcycles22974 жыл бұрын
The changes were made to the controller programming; the controller is the same. The lithium-ion battery is rated at 26Ah. A typo in the original documentation mistakenly said 30Ah.

Would you recommend this bike for large people. I'm under carrying capacity but I was just curious. I thought of this mainly just to ride around town for fun to relax. But I don't want to get something that won't be able to at least pick up speed. I know that isn't a bikes fault if it can't move as quick but I'd rather just ask. What are your thoughts. I've looked at zero but there isn't a place no where in my state that sells that's when I found this. Thanks

I just put a 36V 500 watt rear hub motor on a cheap mountain bike... it has surpassed my expectations! 16 Ah battery seems almost overkill and is heavy since packaged in aluminum housing w/ tail light etc. Have the recycled 18650’s to build a smaller/lighter battery... next project. Your book would come in handy!

Mostly the complexity of mounting it on that frame and that it cuts down on battery space because the bike is already very small.
