Dapat jan tayuan ng mga matataas na gusali since malayo yan sa airport...If may iconic building jan mabilis ang progress ng business districts tapos ayusin ang transpo system...Ung walkway/pathway sa Opus mall mas maganda pa compared sa floorings ng mga lrt/mrt train stations natin😅Meaning iba tlaga pag private gumawa may quality, pag public government halatang low quality kasi kinurakot na ang budget😂😂😂

This area will develop MUCH FASTER than Arca South because there is NO HEIGHT LIMIT to the structures. CAAP and the government should take it easy in putting height limits to buildings. Developers have common sense enough to know the danger even if they are not told by the government. Just let them decide and not the government making crazy rules.

Hindi tama ung info mo, nasa labas ng Bridgetowne ung UAAP stadium, sa Amang Rodriguez St. may malaking lote katapat ng Bridgetowne, doon itatayo. Ung lote na pinakita mo ung magiging high street parang BGC.

only a tiny portion lang ang maganda jn at paulit ulit lng na bini video.. dapat sa pinas e full scale pagpapaganda hnd ung kakarampot lang na spot... kagaya nitong vidoe na paulit ulit lng sa bridge spot.. parang ayaw pausad ng shot whats after the bridge or before that... panay shot lang sa bridge hahaha kaloka
