This has a better build tyres with a less chance of being punctured. Xiaomi the brand is more known. Otherwise they are roughly the same. CitySports price is nearly half the price of Xiaomi.

I've been trying to activate this scooter but I can't. It's stuck on 10 and keeps beeping. I understand it has to be activated but I downloaded the citysports app and there's no option for activation. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have iOS? It should be asking you for a password I think the password is 111111 or something then make sure your Bluetooth is on and click the pair button in the top right corner (your scooter has to be on) wait for it to find it and then click the first one that comes up, you can then change the password and the name in settings

Quick question. I’ve been riding this and it only went up to 15km. But my sister used it and and it went up to 22. I tried it and reached 22. Since then its gonna back to being 15

It depends on the battery life and weight it's carrying it. The platform that you are riding it on aswell can reduce the level of speed.

Check your user manual, it should be a default number such as 123456 or 00000.

Make sure it's fully charged when it's taken out as that's the main problem usually. Also download the CitySports App and it has the option to do a quick diagnostic check to detect any faults on the scooter. App has alot of features that should help resolve the issue.

Also this operates two different ways that can be changed via the app. It has push start as default, press down the acceleration lever and push start it and it will pick up speed automatically.
