What can you tell us about the incidence of violent crime...particularly against expats? The news out of Cuenca in recent weeks has been devastating. Manta hasn't been spared its share of violence. Do your properties account for this risk both in price and anti-crime amenities?

Good Evening and sry for missing your comment, so in Manta we really don't have violent crime, and it is very rare that you hear of anything against expats here. Only thing we've ever heard about is an occasional pick pocket or cell phone thief. It could be that there is a smaller expat community in Manta as it is a smaller city than Cuenca, but we also see that Manta itself is very safe, especially when compered to the US. Maybe it's the calming effects of living at the beach:))

We do have some Canadian sellers at times though so we might possibly be able to find you someone who is willing to take payment in Canada which can help you.
