That's Arnie if you didn't know. This isn't the first time he's been wounded. If I remember correctly (too many tbi's in my lifetime🤗) Civdiv posted an earlier series of Arnie's vids Arnie's team going house to house clearing villages. As a 110% civilian, I was immediately drawn in by their pov footage, as well as tens of dozens other soldiers fighting for Україна. ♥️🙏🇺🇦🔱💪🚜🌻🍉✊🤙

Putin is not a dictetor but i wish he was. The whole world needs dictetors because with time they understand westerns games and give them difficult challenges. That is why west wants elections to support more friendly and puppet regimes. Just look at libya after 42 years of rule, gadaffi understood west weakness. he introduced gold currency in africa. West systems was challenged and that is why they killed him. Look at libya after 10 years of destructions, west don't care about libyans. They just hate challenges to their dictetor systems. #west dictetor syatems needs #dictetor ant-west leaders.

thanks for the context! but I gotta say, as someone whos been to a few different places without speaking a word of the local language, I tend to put the responsibility on the foreigners... I am of course aware that these volunteers are there to fight, but in my opinion, anyone putting in some effort should be able to pick up at least a basic understanding of the local language in a few weeks, especially in circumstances that force some form of communication, like combat...

It seems, the Golden Hour is not realstic in this conflict. This is a worst case scenario: many wounded at once, no air transportation, constant artillery, dissorientation etc.. Some reports say evacuation at day is to high risk, so they mainly drive a night, therefore evac times can be very long. A TQ is desinged to be worn for tops 3h, without risk. These Problems arent new to military, but this is the first realy symatric conflict of two modern armies. Ukranie/NATO have to learn and adapte. Sadly those lessons are mostly paied in blood. *Note im not an expert, i only reapeat what i read and see on the internet. So please take my words with a grain of salt and inform yourself.

@@CyberWAmpi I agree with you and its really concerning how our western countries fight. Ngl, I think a full blown conflict would result in heavy deaths for NATO forces in the first few months, as most of our countries havent fought a real modern army since WW2 or Korea. They do really need to adapt, as the wars that would potentially take place in the farmlands would clearly not pan out for western doctrine.

The driver was waiting for the seriously injured guy to be brought out. If Arnie has his way and got a private VIP medivac, the other guy would have died. Unfortunately in the year or more of Arnies time in Ukraine he doesn't seem to have learnt even the most basic of phrases. If he had that would have helped him a lot to understand what was going on. As for the injured guys mates, they too had small wounds like Arnie, but had managed to stabilize the guy. Arnie was gilding the lily...

@@smithsway you must not have watched the other footage from this dude that shows the other westerner attempting to communicate with his driver through tuk tuk and chuk chuk and goddamn provolone-ichuck and pepperoni-chuk sounds. and it was shit that can already be done through hand signs, so it wouldn't have changed anything in this situation. have you even thought about what it would sound like anyways? picture the driver knowing enough to say a few words.. you think that it's gonna be helpful to have him repeat "we wait" while the other dude keeps asking "what are we waiting for? need medic, go, move your ass" for an hour? he doesn't need to be told that, he can already tell that they're waiting.. that's the problem, the fact that they're goddamn sitting ducks just standing there and waiting for artillery to land on top of their heads. in this case, they could have both spoken perfect english and the driver still wouldn't have been able to provide a proper satisfactory explanation for why they are out there so close to the front and just waiting like sitting ducks for an hour straight while russian drones are directing the artillery towards them and jerking off watching the bloodbath from above. because there is no justification for that. you say that others wouldn't have survived if they had moved, but that is complete bullshit. they were just waiting there out in the open. the shell could have just as easily landed on top of their heads instead. they could have been the ones in the blown up vehicle. buddy here could have been the one ending up with a missing arm. it's ridiculous to act as if they should wait there out in the open because there might be someone that will need help later down the road.. in fact, the video specifically shows what happens when you do that. you end up with more people getting wounded, and the vehicles slowly get picked off and you end up with even less vehicles and the whole thing turns into an even bigger shitshow. it's one thing if you have people with lighter wounds that are waiting for a little while until there's a few of them, that way a vehicle is able to come in and pick up the whole group to avoid multiple trips. nobody is saying that you need to move the second that someone gets a scratch, but those guys need to be waiting in the tiny forests or something where they cannot be spotted. not inside a vehicle that just stays parked there like dummies out in the open waiting and going like "oh we currently have three guys with light wounds? nah, we got more seats to fill up, we're gonna wait here like sitting ducks for a little bit longer".. by your logic, they shouldn't have left when they did because they still had room and someone else might have sustained really severe wounds a minute after they left and might have needed urgent evacuation. it just doesn't make any sense to wait there simply because someone else might need help later down the line. it's a war, they're trying to attack heavily-fortified positions and getting smacked by artillery being guided by drones. there's going to be tons of casualties, but you have multiple vehicles to deal with that. once again, you must not have watched the other footage from this dude, because otherwise you would have seen that it was mentioned that none of the evacuation vehicles were available and that westerners had to take the initiative to evacuate the wounded on their own because the ukrainian drivers got scared and refuse to carry out the evacuations. and buddy here is actually a badass that fought alongside the ukrainians himself in the past, so it's not like he's a russian kremlin bot or anything. he's very pro-ukrainian and constantly adds little text explanations to his footage and would be able to describe an ukrainian soldier tripping on his shoelaces and falling on his face as something along the lines of "as you can see, very good teamwork here. fellow teammates remaining calm and providing 360 degree reconnaissance throughout the entire action-packed shoelace retying operation, very cool and collected, the sign of a very experienced team that has dealt with shoelaces on many occasions" to make it sound as good as possible.. so you know that it must have been really goddamn bad if he was just outright saying "yep, they got spooked and didn't wanna do it so one of the westerners had to take control of the situation and get it done by himself".. wouldn't have said that if it was just one out of multiple drivers that got a little bit scared and that took a few extra minutes to calm himself down before going in. if he described it the way that he did, it means that it was really bad. so give me a break with your little sarcasm and stories about how they were "following orders" or whatever.. if they hadn't parked out there like sitting ducks because they were poorly-trained and scared of the artillery, they almost certainly wouldn't have been smacked by artillery in the first place and the whole thing wouldn't have happened and that wounded guy wouldn't have been wounded in the first place. and they would have had multiple vehicles to use for carrying out the evacuations instead of having to wait forever to pack as many guys as possible in a single vehicle, which would have even further reduced the potential risks by minimizing the amount of potential casualties if a vehicle does get unlucky and gets smacked. they would have done what they were supposed to be doing, which is to have multiple designated evacuation vehicles making trips back and forth throughout the day. the goal is to be able to go in and get casualties out of the bad areas as quickly as possible, and waiting near the front like a sitting duck is not going to help to achieve that and will instead result in quite the opposite. you'll find yourself losing even more vehicles than you should have and end up with more casualties putting an even greater strain on the remaining fleet of vehicles that now have to evacuate the original casualties on top of the other guys from the vehicle that parked out in the open and got smacked. i don't know shit about how far those vehicles should be from the front and exactly how they should be doing their thing to maximize the efficiency of the evacuation process and increase the survival rates, but i'm pretty sure that you can put together a rough line that divides the dangerous areas from the relatively safe areas where you can wait and not have to worry too much about drones guiding artillery on top of your head. probably depends on a whole bunch of things like the environment and terrain and the capabilities on both sides in that given area such as the type of firepower and reconnaissance of the reds and your own ability to jam their drones and that kind of shit. but there is no excuse for an hour-long one way trip to the designated location, because that can't be the place where they provide medical treatment. that means that the person needs to be loaded into another vehicle and driven for god know how long to reach the place where the medical facility is located. and in that case, if you took an hour just to get to that first designated location and the person barely survived that first leg of the trip, you're basically doing it for nothing because the person isn't going to survive another hour or whatever to reach a hospital located like fifty miles further or whatever. so basically, you have two options here. you either park far enough away to begin with to avoid more injuries and lost vehicles which decreases the survival rate of the wounded guys that need evacuation, or you dodge the artillery as best as you can by moving your ass and just constantly making trips back and forth. but you don't park next to the front and wait like a dummy. and by the way, your thing about the foreigners learning the language doesn't make sense. i have never seen even a single piece of footage depicting foreigners being the drivers. most of the foreign volunteers are badasses that have a lot of combat experience, so they're almost always going to be the ones leading the drivers and telling them what to do and where to go. and if you have people that don't speak a language and that barely know a few words and short phrases, by definition it's always going to be easier for person receiving the orders to translate those orders in his head as opposed to having the person giving the orders attempting to speak in broken russian with strange tuk tuk and chuk chuk sounds while dodging artillery. it's just simple logic. and the english words are universal things like "left" and "right" and "go" and "stop" and "wait" and "medic" and "hospital" and things like that. and we're not even mentioning the fact that you have foreigners that are going to a country that most people can't even point on a map to risk their lives to help defend the land of strangers on the other side of the planet.. i know ukrainian propaganda has been going on and on about how they're the ones doing us a favor and "fighting for the world" and blah blah blah, but that is just theatrics and manipulation in order to secure more assistance. so yeah, very much the opposite. the notion of placing the responsibility of learning the language on the foreigners that are going out there to risk their lives for them is just ridiculous.

shell shock can do a lot to people, hence those in the back probably did not know how to react. You have to keep in mind they saw a battle buddy go down, have his left arm almost completely blown off, has multiple wounds, just got out of a life or death situation, they probably realise that could have been them. The other guys all had minor injuries like Arnie. The serious case had already been stabilised with torniquets. Arnie trying to stop infection with gauze is well intentioned I'm sure, but the stump would already have been full of dirt, tree splinters and of course metal. A bit of dirt off the vehicles floor was immaterial. I can't help thinking he was playing it up for the camera after demanding he get VIP medivac before the serious case arrived. In which case the other guy would have bleed out waiting for the truck to return....
