Honda CR125 Motard 15k Euro? Jesus Christ how expensive are Euro parts? The build should be fairly cheap (minus the labour). Boostedboiz did their red hatch for less than 10k I think, and that's including the car, but that's only parts. Normal people would need labour. So I guess you're right then, but if you have all the parts you should be able to do most of the work.

it's a very common thing for tuners to use the CEL for other purposes. ignition limiter, shift light, something a little bit more useful than misfire. most knowledgable drivers can tell a misfire or anything wrong by just listening or feeling the car, no need for a silly light.
