Edge of the seat stuff that and great clean racing. The footage from the EP3 was quality. There were a few places where he seemed slightly faster and I thought he was going to make a move under braking. Not sure if my nerves could take a full season of you and Charlier battling like that :)

Hey Dan just on the "missfire" when cold... when you turned it over in the previous video the starter "skipping" is a sign of a cylinder having low compression, might be worth a quick test before putting it into the DC2. Seemed to perfrom well anyway! Top video as always 👌

Race 2 was a good one, matey boy in th EP3 was daft with the headlight flashing like you were holding him up. Not a chance lad, he was quick but some of his lines were sub optimal and tripping him up on corner exit

For all the problems the ep3 has it certainly does respond well to a well setup geo and suspension. It has no business really keeping up with an eg with 150kg less weight and double wishbone front. I know this class is power to weight limited but still

Proper racing that Dan! Do you think the setup choice was split between you and the EP3 which is why he struggled in the first and was much more competitive in the second race? I notice the lap times were quicker in the second and “looked” somewhat drier. Well managed sir 👏

race 2 was dry, I think we were about 10s a lap quicker than race 1. remember the fastest lap wasn't mine in race 1, I just got a break at the start before the chaos

@ I think it took a while for him to build that confidence in race one though didn’t it, especially if he got it on the last lap. You definitely made the right choice because I think it cleared you from the chaos. The setup clearly bridged the two conditions well and managed the 2nd race to a tee 👌🏻

Never realised they started the clock with 2 green flag laps for a standing start. I know they do for a rolling start but seems a bit off with a standing start as you're losing so much time with the gridding up.
