Civic Type R K20C1-swapped AE86: The JDM Fusion of Dai Yoshihara's Dreams

@DaiYoshihara has been in and around the tuning scene since the early 2000's and I've been fortunate enough to follow him along his journey, both on and off the track. His latest build with Eimer Engineering is this combination of two things we love: the Toyota AE86 and the Honda K20. This K20 isn't from your mom's Acura TL though. This is a K20C1 from the current generation Civic Type R. Honda sells these as crate motors as well, making sacrilegious swaps like this even easier.

Yep a real enthusiast to enthusiast respect. Larry is right, you hate as a builder to see some one drive your car, and beat on it in a way the builder, would never do Now I believe a car built by a builder has a soul. And the car is just as connected with the builder, driver. And wears it self into the patterns the builder has used it in Then you let some body drive it that is just horrible with the car. It is painful for the owner and the car. Larry, knows all this too well So respect, to Larry, that respects a builders WORK! What an awesome car, love it! I don't think you could fault the engine choice. Comparing favorite AE86 builds, I would have to say the only thing I like better would be the G16E-GTS in the Daddy Motor Works GR Yaris Swapped AE86, just for a bit more purity of manufacturer.
