I had a question.. that first curve you come to.. I know it's non tangent and follows the road.. but let's say you have a deed.. bearing/distance.. to a POC.. and your only info is direction, radius and arc length... I don't see a way to indicate a direction.. obviously if you have the CB/CD, you'd just use that.. but if you don't have that.. ?? Great video!

Regretably if the legal description doesnt have the required three items needed to describe a curve you will have to make some assumptions. You could woek the line up to the POC and then start a new line from the POT all the way back to the POB. Then hook the second line to the POB with the assumption the boundary closes. The gap between is the arc. You can then check it versus the legal and pray.

@@cruciblephoenix1037hey. Thanks for the reply. I THINK i may have found what I was trying to do. So.. instead of the chord/arc, I picked the radial arc.. and entered 270 degrees under "radial" then the standard radius and arc length. Which pushed it 90 degrees in the direction i was going. Happens to work for the filed map I was messing around with. But it shouldn't be difficult to figure out the real number using the bearings. My closure was only off about 0.01'. So not too bad. Again. thanks for the replay.
