Walaikumassalam. Both are good choices. One will make you a coder and the other will make you an engineer in the building and infrastructure sector. So you have to make a decision. APU, DIU are good choices.

Yes I think so. Bangladeshi employers still recognise a foreign degree. But more than the degree itself, your skills and knowledge in your field will be recognised. So focus on building deep knowledge about your area of education.
