sir i listen the whole class very carefully you explain everything very well but sir i found a mistake this mistake is very big. By denoting this mistake i'm i have no intention to say that you are not good teacher but i think by mistake it happen Mistake is that -- you say "Decree and order come first" but that i have learnt "Judgement come first then decree passed later the judgement" YAA "Order may pass during the proceeding " sir im really sorry if you feel bad due to "Mention the mistake"

Hi Ji. I know that Judgement is given first, then decree and it's execution. But it was wrongly stated by ICSI in book so has to teach that. Being a Practising Prof with adequate experience, I know it's wrong, but our Educational System sucks.

Yaa sir is right..As per Section 2(9) of the CPC, a “judgement” means the statement given by the judge on the grounds of a decree or order. It means that a judgement contains the grounds of a decree. A decree is derived from a judgement. So, every decree follows a judgement.(This is also given in icsi module)

Judgement goes for pages together and it explains why the rights and liabilities are given in the decree But a decree is concise on the rights and liabilities of the parties A decree is passed after the judgement A decree is appealable if the decree is not made within 15 days Order is appealable under certain provisions in civil procedure code given under order 47

Only 1 thing ICSi stated that Decree come sfirst and then judgement, which is wrong. Judgement comes first and then decree. Rest is good to go.

Yes ji. I know, I mean how can I being a practicing professional forget this. Decree is always given in 15 days of judgement but the module of ICSI states the wrong fact the time when lecture was recorded and the sample answer states the same. So need to state that only
