Hello. Sir in 38:36 you said that one of the essential elements of bail in a bailable case is being "guilty" of the offence after being arrested. But sir it is not necessary that you have to be guilty of the bailable offence in order to get bail from the police station. It is your right and even if you are innocent but are mistakenly arrested by the police in a bailable offence still you can get bail. Your reply will be appreciated.
