Yung #7 po, Atty., parang na-overlook niyo ang legal basis... Must be: 1. RTC 2. Quezon City - Real Action; wherever the property is situated or part thereof Sa Legal basis niyo, you mentioned Personal action (where the plaintiff or any of the principal plaintiffs resides, or where the defendant or any of the principal defendants resides), instead of Real Action (the area wherein the real property involved, or a portion thereof, is situated. ) BTW, avid follower niyo po ako :)
