This caller was sacked as a civil servant after he spoke to James O'Brien about government corruption back in July. He says he has no regrets, but the Nadhim Zahawi tax scandal proves "nothing has changed" since then.
This video clip is from a LBC show presented by James O'Brien on January 23rd 2023.

There are no friends in the office as they will easily and quickly turn on you if they think it could get them a promotion. I can relate to this story. I left my last job because I could not morally stand behind the gaslighting any longer. I was discriminated against for calling it out eg given a choice to engage in the gaslighting or suffer the consequences. So I left. I looked to colleagues and saw how they apparently coped: either head in sand, bury themselves in work, or convince themselves all is actually fine. I cannot say who my employer was, except that there are links to gov. In fact they seemed to be following similar tactics to the gov in their dealings with staff. And given the close links of the people at the top to the gov, who could be surprised? The state of this country is unbearable. I am in the process of leaving the UK now. For my own mental health I have to. I'm privileged to have the choice.
