Nice it is just like a gauge level which is used by the railway engineering manually in the site of railway track for repairing.. Where engineer generally follow the water level in 0. (+ 0 - ) mm is mentioned in the gauge level.

Sir please help me ,हमारा लिंटर ऊपर से खराब हो रहा है जिसकी वजह से शायद सीलन आ रही है जिससे कमरे के छत की पपड़ी टूट कर गिर रही है । मिस्त्री ने उस टाइम लिंटर डालने के बाद next day सिमिन्ट का घोल नही किया था जिसकी वजह से उपर से उदडा पड़ा है लिंटर 15 साल पुराना है उसको अच्छी लाइफ देने के लिये क्या करे जिससे ऊपर नमी ना ले बो ओर नीचे कोई दिक्कत ना हो
