Puro But she wasn’t preventing a crime. She was penalizing an innocent for a crime that hadn’t been committed. Those are two VERY different things. Preventing it from happening would be great but punishing someone before it has happened is not. Using your example, you wouldn’t go to a “terrorist” who has shown no intention of bombing anything ever and arrest him with no evidence but a prediction that he will.

in both cases I think it was more about what the common person needed than what the super-community did SHRA for example was in the best case supposed to increase the competence of all heroes via a network of training and coordination but well comics just aren't built for such a thing to happen for a long time without falling apart and then there is this case to take what could happen when dealing with people such as Bruce banner is doomed to fail because the Hulk is not something that can be controlled by other factors you either don't do anything to Bruce or you set the Hulk off even worse is taking one Image god only knows how far into the future and basing all your actions on it is doomed to cause it happen.

There was a movie about this but the name escapes me. It was set in London where they used these twins, or triplets can't remember, that could tell the future and arrested people before the crime because of that. There is some cover up and things... That sort of depends. If it's a 10% chance for some random person, then yeah, you can't really punish them beforehand. If it's a 10% chance that Thanos or Dr. Doom or Dr. Octopus is going to do something, then you should probably see what they're up to. When they're obviously a villain, and they never stop being a villain, I don't have too many moral issues in that case.

@ULTIMATE GOKU Batfleck. didnt want to kill superman.. batfeck wanted to be ready to kill superman in the case it was needed. BVS is a really badly told story but the concept that its trying to explore is batman has a completely misunderstood perception of who superman is like a person.. in part because of how lex luthor got them together.. when superman shows in the party as clark and tell Bruce he has seen the batman.. bruce understood this as a power move ..superman trying black mail him.. by showing him he could surprise him with his pants down ... this was not what clark was doing because clark is just a good hearted farmboy ..but that is how it seem in Bruce perception.. bruce doesnt think superman is truly a good person.. but just some one selling himself as one.

Like if you've worked with each other for so many years, then how is compromise so impossible? How is faith and trust so hard? No one can think of a middle ground for all sides to agree with? Potato Smash Tony flat out proved that Ulysses ability only make possible futures not the exact way it will turn out. Like with the woman who they arrested they were wrong in that prediction. So Miles killing Cap isn't set in stone event. They don't have to arrest him for something in the future where he could easily be brainwashed or forced to.
