U checked irregularity by EQX(ULS), should this case include also 5% accidental torsion or just EQX only

Why do we consider torsion check for ultimate limit state rather than service? Is it the same for deflection criteria?

We have to check for both cases. NBC has proposed two different values for deflection while torsion is checked for ULS and SLS with same criteria.

But sir your Rz in mode 1st is 0.155 in modal mass participating it is almost 15 % ,does that mean torsional irregualrity or not

That doesn’t define torsional irregularity. Compare with translational mass and then decide.
