Civilians who bribe traffic officials will be arrested

Its still ok as long as you are in the eastern cape. There is no shame here. In fact, it actually saves the system man hours for someone to pay couple hundred to get out of a fine on the side of the road. This is what i have been told by a buddy of my friends cousins, son in law.
