I play as the Shoshone most of the time, they are somewhat OP with their Pathfinder / Border radius uniques, but since we don't have any magic loot camps in this game, I feel their border radius bonus is just going to piss off other civilisations early and cause invasions from multiple civs. Even so, if they can overcome it, their early border bonus is going to be significant in the new world and will probably snowball in to a win. Calling Shoshone success!

More 60+ AI battles are awesome! Good luck running this as it goes on! Check out reddit's /r/civbattleroyale for another 60+ game that is much farther along as well. The civs that are more isolated can expand safely, especially with so much space in northern NA and Asia.

Go onto a website called picknmix mods, look for the DLL - Various Components 34 civs and then read the instructions on how to change it to 62. Its pretty easy.

Carter Robinder When you click on the mod in the mods menu it will show you a list of "Relevances", if one of those is YNAEMP then yes, it will automatically do tsl. Otherwise, you can set it manually with IGE.

A bit out of date but the reason the Confederate States of America civ mod does not perform well is because Washington and Jefferson Davis start out literally beside one another (or north to south if you prefer). Whoever moves first and settles will throw the other AI out of whack. If Washington moves first and settles Jefferson Davis derps. This is also the same if for some reason Jefferson Davis gets to move first (controlled by the player) and settles turn 1 it will screw the Washington AI up the same way.

I know I'm a little late to the party, but why not have Kamehameha start in New Zealand (their special warrior is Maori so it's a reasonable starting point, even though the capital is Hawaii). I understand why you don't want island nations but NZ is almost as big as Japan, so they could fit three cities across the islands before expanding to Australia/Papua New Guinea or east to invade South America. With much more land and sea available, I'd say a nation with particularly versatile land units could win, or naval powerhouses to take down coastal cities and go inland from there. My ultimate prediction would have to be England (Depending on whether or not Victoria has Ships of the Line and unique abilities similar to Elizabeth) or the Ottomans.

wow, you really inspire me, I create a Europe game, where Rome took over the Greeks and then i was surprise that Rome team with Portugal to eliminate the French, and then try to take down Germany, but the capital was strong and the war went on forever and Rome peace out, but England get going after Germany. omg what fun
