@@ryankroeger3264 As has been said, most of the text is just stock text that is the same for all leaders. You DO have some unique translations, but even if you only speak English, you should be able to see that the text does not match even the intent of the spoken language (for example, Washington will chastise you for your "wanton aggression" while the text laughs about backstabbing you.) Apparently in one of the earlier versions of Civ, Alexander will say "did you think I was aiming for a cultural victory?" in Greek when declaring war. It's an awesome Bilingual Bonus.

@@avencannon9719 Had a crazy game where Alex snapped up a cheeky Diplo win by liberating multiple civs and buying out city-states that I had just liberated. Hell, Diplo civs in general are usually strong since the A.I. tends to just 'give up' on trying to attract city-states if someone else is trying hard enough to get them... usually meaning someone just gobbles up states uncontested
