If you moralize children will not learn The best way is through visual media games excursions dramas etc We don't have street plays puppetry etc. These should be reintroduced in school And as Mataji pointed out you have to be a good role model for your child Even if they don't teach in school you can have weekend schools Our first exposure to Ramayana was through a Christian Teacher. She was so passionate and enthusiastic that we will never forget Ramayana

@Kasto Bhanyo Unfortunately Rig Vedas are dated 1,500 BCE found in Syria. Egyptian Mdw nTr dates back 5,000 years over 2,000 years older than Rig Veda.

@Kasto Bhanyo I'm specifically speaking of "physical" manuscripts, and only thing that parallel ancient Egyptian scripts is the isolate Harapan/Mohejodaro script which like Egyptian scripts is still not fully deciphered. Oldest written manuscript in sanskrit is found in Syria dating approximately 1,500 BCE. Sanskrit script has gone through a development process like every other script in the world but the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs doesn't show any development process. Yes there are many paradox in the present day narration of Indias history by Europeans.
