It seems with Revit that every standardized part and every standardized structure is already pre-modeled. You barely have to do any actual modeling. It seems that most of the work is selecting the options you want. Like an electronic box of Lego bricks.

Just so you are aware, BIM levels have been superseded along with PAS1192 in 2018. ISO19650 has a different approach

Hello I had a problem when I clicked "show analytical model." Nothing is shown. I tried to fix this problem, so I clicked visibility/graphics- analytical model - I activated it. Also, in the discipline option, I chose "structure" But still, nothing is shown. Please some help Revit, version(2025)

BIM only works IF all Stake Holders are competent enough to handle the Softwares and Hardwares. In most cases Contractors Workers are not Computer Savy as many are just providing muscles and traditionals.

Not only stakeholder, quantity surveyor and engineer must all computer savvy and understand how to use bim software too. If not , its useless.

Even now and till date all such projects were done without BIM The repetitions of architecture designs that always happens in any project will be eliminated...I mean first attempt itself the final architecture drawings will made....is it like that....then how and how other agencies can participate???? Still not.clear...may be one more video is required taking small project for example
