She is quite confident. But question is that a person like her with no experience of any field, with just a degree and a generalised exam really deserve to be IRS officer when the system is already so rotten?

Ofcourse. People like her deserves. Just like Imran Khan got the chance even though he never had any experience. No one said anything about him. But why questioning this to normal people? But for your kind information if you don't know that these people who pass this Exam gets the training for 9 months to 1 year. And after this training they again gives the final test. So there is nothing like inexperienced.
