These students work so hard to prepare themselves for CSS interviews. These interviewers panel ask them very complicated questions, then they select only few of them. This process has been going on for years and years but what is the actual output? All these intellectuals who showed up in these interviews, what have they done in our country? We are still struggling for gas, electricity, health facilities, basic food , city management, education and the list goes on…….. 👀

Please advise these candidates to wear dark blue blazer, trousers, full sleeve blue shirt, dark red or blue tie, blue socks, black polished shoes, and no perfumes, and a good deodorant; military hair cut, nice shaven face, knock the door first before entering the room, say Assalamalaikum to al once with an eye 👁 contact, have a pleasant smile, don’t sit down on the chair till it is offered, talk with confidence, don’t say, allow me to take a guess, straight away say, “I don’t know, I will look for this answer,”. And while going out don’t turn your back to the board members until the candidate back walks to the door and then slightly opens the door and closes it after he or she has left the room. For board members: Please, don’t say, “ what is your good name?” This doesn’t exist in English. Straight away call the name of the candidate and say, “ would you introduce yourself?” politely and with a welcoming smile after you have asked the candidate to sit down.

Too long and too vague answers. Though the candidate is full of knowledge, it is important to stay to the point and keep your answers simple. Unnecessarily long answers take you away from the real question.
