Bro Can you let me know for 60 ft Length and 40 ft width to construct a house with Ground till 1st Floor and in future planning to expand the floor till 5 floors. How many pillars required for footing what would be the gap between each pillar Ground Floor is utilized only 40% consisting of 1 BHK remaining it's gonna be Parking Area and 1st Floor is utilized 100% consisting of 3 BHK

sir mera house ka nuksha g4 ka hay or hamara ghur isi tarike se ban raha hay. lekin humey lug raha hay ki hamara thikedaar humey thug raha hay. Aap hi humey batao ki sirf labour theeka g1 ka 2200sq.feet ka area main kitne main dena chahiye. wo humse 310rupay sq. feet maang raha hay.
