Dekhie IS code me Jo spacing ke norms hai unke according near slab and beam spacing Kam rahegi and centre of span me jyada. Generally site me 5-6" hi rakh dete hai thekedar all over jo practice galat hai.. beech me 6-8" sahi hai or joints pe 4-6"

Go for raft if the soil isn't stable. Use structurally sound columns with 12-16-20mm diameter bars. Use M25. Make retaining walls with care and provide proper drainage to basement.
