If partitions of modular kitchen are made of particle board then termite damage is likely. Better to use any stone like marble of medium quality or even kota stone.

Branded companies ka bhi koi standard nhi hai ,I have godrej modular kitchen ,boxes metal ke and hinges sab godrej ka 6months mein hinge break ho gye ,boxes ko 3yrs mein rust lagna shuru ho gya ,India mein sab bhagwan bharose hai
