Strike se phele notice dena hai, fir hum notice ke 14 din tak koi strike nhn kr sakte, jo ab din bachte hain baki ke bas uss mein kr sakte hain.. total process 60 days ka hoga under new code.. so, 60 ke phele 14 din no strike fir bache dino mein krlo strike
