Very nice, like it, listen I got a knife yesterday and I don't see where anyone has looked at it, it's a Xtouc, I've never heard of it but it's excellent, I got it one with sheepsfoot blade, there is only 2 models I found, I think it's worth your time

I just bought this exact model OD green I have skiffs for alot of knives I have some waiting to put into this knife it should arrive tomorrow I'm so stoked NOW if they can just make the first button lock elementum to be able to flick or have a fuller and flick open or make a XL on this elementum I like the nitro V and I'm glad I went with the coated blade to protect the blade steel. I did pimp out one of my elementum I bought the frag patter TI scales with black blade so tuxedo style, then I did the opposite I bought the black frag pattern with a satin blade reverse tuxedo I put the milled TI on both put black on the tuxedo and the regular TI on the revers tuxedo I put skiffs it the and they are totally new k np ives I can't wait to mid this knife. I also put skiffs on my first button lock elementum. I got the bearing test fit card from skiffs website site it took all the measuring out and it's super accurate I've been pimping my good budget knives with skiffs and clicks and dying scales. Sorry for long comment 🤷😂

Hey Beez. I've been waiting on this one. I like the jade natural with the satin blade they have. Love nitro v too. I'll have to wait till next month though. Lack of fundage.🤣 White mountain knives drops today but they are on civivi already. White mountain is cheaper though. Can't wait to get one to add to my large button and two regular ones oh and my mini. Can't beat an elementum. Thanks for the video. 😊

I love the civivi jimping. Its super comfortable with the way they chamfered the sides. Still real grabby too. The same jimping is on my sencut sachse and its top notch especially for a 45 doll hair knife.

I will pass on the Civivi button locks. Always take a Vosteed or Kizer over Civivi button lock. But that Synergy3, yes please. Interesting design, I have never had one in hand, but everyone raves about the ergos. And I like the looks of it.

I haven’t been too excited about the Elementum, despite being a huge Civivi fan, but I do love button locks. I’ll have to check out this new version. I started collecting folding knives a little less than a year ago and there is one thing that still eludes me. Why is stone washing, particularly on black coated blades so popular. I have trouble getting passed how dirty it looks to me. From certain angles it always looks like some oily crud got spilled all over the blade. I’m honestly not trying to hate on it, in fact I’d love to be able to see what others do. Maybe someone can comment on why it appeals to them. I do sometimes experience a shift in appreciation of appearance if I can change the perspective on how I look at something.

I appreciate the stone washing because it doesn't highlight the smudgy finger prints that always shows up on the other blades with glossier finishes. To me, a blade with smudgy fingerprints look very unappealing, and I feel like I have to keep wiping the blade whenever I see those prints. With stone wash, no such distractions at all.

Everything the gentleman above me said, and the fact that when you're dealing with a PVD, DLC, or cerakote blade that isn't tumbled, the sheen and reflection makes it look like cheap paint; similar to the Ontario Rat black finish that literally comes off with acetone and elbow grease. I personally won't buy a black coated blade unless it's been tumbled moderately-heavy.

@@wes.killed.it.5511 maybe it's the quality of the finish of the ones I have that have put me off. From certain angles it looks like big oily splotches, versus something more even. I don't mind the stonewashed look when it feels "fine grained," but so many knives I've bought look like a frying pan that's been used well beyond its intended lifetime. On the "silver" stonewash it always reminds me of the metal on those corrugated huts that have been treated, with zinc or something. I wish I could get a bead/glass blasted finish that doesn't practically extract the oils from my finger tips. :D Maybe I'm asking too much. :)

Checked out Debbie's civivi knife she won. That is an awesome design. One of the best looking I've seen. Other than the lock system. Which I have arthritis and she has no talent lol. So not that big of an issue. Going to find name and see if I can write them because they should remake it with the button ECT. ABSOLUTELY WOULD BE A WINNER FOR ALL. . . . .

Hey Beez I called it at the beginning of 2021 that 2022 would be the year of button locks and bolsters, I think I was pretty accurate! I would tell you what 2023 is going to be but since the world is going to end there's no need!🤯🤣 Just kidding, wow that was kind of a dark joke sorry. 2023 will continue to feature lots of button locks, there will be a huge uptick in axis, clutch, ambi, cross bar style locks and knives with multiple deployment methods because fidgety knives are the 🐝KNEES 🤣! I also predict a huge issue with blade steels, HRC and where knives are made becoming a make or break for some buyers. I've seen quite a bit more of the "if it's not made in the USA" sentiment then people aren't buying and I get it. Aesthetically speaking though it's going to be the fidget factor(ie. button locks, crossbar and gravity/OTF knives) and great collaborations between newer popular custom designers and a more budget friendly accessible knife. Have never been a fan of spearpoints, warnys, sheepsfoot, or reverse tantos but let me tell you once I got a QSP penguin in hand I discovered that the utility of the knife definitely trumped the aesthetics of the knife itself. To each their own I agree I'm just saying don't let a pic of a knife dissuade you from giving one a go it might surprise you. I've been surprised a lot lately...🐝Good!
