At the moment playing with Nurnberg, I had already moved up to the bundesliga however the team was doing poorly, after this formation I came on a streak of 4 games without losing (Facing teams like Bayern, Nice 2x and Frankfurt that is the 3rd) I highly recommend trying this 4-2-3-1

So I tried this for last 21 games with Bradford in the prem and W10 D5 L6. Considering I was 17pts behind 17th it was always gonna be a big ask to avoid relegation but to finish just 4pts off is pretty good. I’m hoping with a full season in championship I should bounce back up.

I did a full season In championship with Bradford with this. I’m currently in 2035 so have decent players and finished 2nd behind Burnley. P46 W29 D8 L9 F113 A50. Highlight hammering Man U 5:1. Obviously tactic wont work like when it’s simmed but it does work. Hopefully it continues to work in prem.

I have now tested this tactic sufficiently with my club Brugge Save. 5 champions in a row, 3 cup wins. In the current season I won 19 games out of 20 and drew one. I also won the second leg of the Champions League qualifier for the round of 16 4:0 against Manchester United. I'd better not mention that I lost the first leg 7:1. Absolutely dominant tactics if you have the right players.Thank you very much. But I do have one question. Does it make sense to have a playmaker alongside the BWM? I'm currently testing with a DLP and a Regista. But I realize that the protection at the back is no longer as stable.

Another banger! First season with Benfica won the treble lost 1 game in the league, Second season in another trophy in the bag. 14 games in 13 wins 1 draw & smashed porto 7-0 and my new LB getting 5 goals and 16 assists already with my goal difference sitting at +50. With the right recruitment of players this tatic goes up another level! If you are an elite team this would be insane. Great work as always!

Nice tactic but I am full on attack with my 4231…..wing backs bombing down the flanks…Pirlo like Regista pulling the strings more defensive midfielder next to him getting forward and shoot more often….Inside forward and inside winger….goals goals and more goals….will experiment with two Liberos and attack from 10 positions….sweeper Keeper on attack

​@@matt_gtuk1807best thing to do if your on this bad run is make sure you have match review after each game and a team bonding session in the week somewhere if possible in your training schedules as it will help tactical familiarity, team cohesion etc and help squad happiness also check to see what players are unhappy and see if anything you can do with promises to boost them or basically just sell or freeze them out if you can't it will help you get dressing room back and the sessions will help when changing tactics but give it a bit.
